Sign-On Bonus: $750+

We are actively hiring motivated and reliable Warehouse Employees to join a fast-growing team. If you're looking for consistent work, strong earning potential, and long-term career growth, this is the opportunity for you.

Qualified candidates are eligible for a $750 sign-on bonus, paid in two installments:

  • $375 after 60 working days
  • $375 after 90 working days

Position

Warehouse Employee (Full-Time)

Schedule

7:00 AM – 03:30 PM

5:00 AM-01:30 AM 

06:00 AM -02:30 PM 
Monday through Friday
Overtime, weekends, and holiday shifts may be required based on operational needs.

Compensation

$17.00 – $25.00 per hour (Base + Production Pay Structure)

Job Responsibilities

As a Warehouse Employee, you will play a key role in daily operations, including:

  • Loading and unloading trailers and containers efficiently and safely.
  • Handling packages, pallets, and freight using warehouse equipment (pallet jacks, electric pallet jacks, forklifts, etc.).
  • Earning production pay based on trailer loading and unloading performance.
  • Picking, packing, sorting, and staging products for shipment.
  • Reading labels, load sheets, and work instructions accurately.
  • Maintaining accuracy, speed, and attention to detail in all tasks.
  • Supporting inventory organization and general warehouse operations.
  • Following all safety guidelines and OSHA standards at all times.
  • Helping maintain a clean, organized, and productive warehouse environment.

Qualifications

  • Warehouse experience preferred but not required (we train the right candidates).
  • Experience with pallet jacks or forklifts is a plus.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, production-driven environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and reliability.
  • Basic math and communication skills.
  • Willingness to work overtime, weekends, and flexible shifts as needed.
  • Must pass background check and drug screening.

Physical Requirements

  • Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 70 lbs.
  • Constant standing, walking, bending, and movement throughout the shift.
  • Ability to work in varying warehouse conditions (hot/cold environments).
  • Must be able to perform repetitive physical tasks safely and efficiently.
