Job Title: Warehouse AssociateJob Description

The Warehouse Associate provides both administrative and operational support in a busy shipping and receiving environment. This role ensures accurate documentation, efficient communication, and smooth day-to-day warehouse operations. You will be responsible for data entry, reporting, coordinating shipments, and maintaining records related to inventory, inbound and outbound freight, and compliance. The position requires a solid understanding of warehouse processes, strong communication skills, and the ability to work effectively with drivers, vendors, and internal teams. Bilingual skills are a plus and help support clear communication across diverse teams.

Responsibilities
  • Provide administrative support for warehouse shipping and receiving operations, including data entry, documentation, and reporting.
  • Issue purchase orders for warehouse and factory consumables, office and breakroom supplies, and general plant needs.
  • Follow up with vendors to obtain order confirmations, certificates of analysis (COAs), and digital packing lists/bills of lading.
  • Schedule transfers of raw materials from third-party logistics (3PL) providers to ensure timely availability for production.
  • Liaise with Accounts Payable to ensure invoicing and receipts are accurate, resolving discrepancies with minimal impact to the business.
  • Work with vendors, quality assurance, and accounting teams to manage product returns and credits.
  • Collaborate with the Inventory Control Team and Receiving department to assess and support the ongoing needs of the plant.
  • Utilize NetSuite to adjust purchase orders and receipts, and to produce schedules and reports that support warehouse operations.
  • Perform general warehouse duties, including material handling, picking, packing, and inventory-related tasks.
  • Operate a forklift to move, load, and unload materials safely and efficiently.
  • Maintain organized records related to inventory, inbound and outbound freight, and compliance requirements.
  • Communicate clearly with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to coordinate shipments and resolve issues.
  • Perform other duties as assigned to support overall warehouse efficiency and plant operations.
Essential Skills
  • Minimum of 1–2 years of experience in a similar warehouse or administrative capacity.
  • Excellent organizational skills with strong attention to detail.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills for effective interaction with internal teams and external partners.
  • Capacity to perform tasks quickly while maintaining accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite for documentation, reporting, and communication.
  • Demonstrated experience using an ERP or ordering system.

The environment requires adherence to safety procedures and efficient coordination with drivers, vendors, and internal teams to support smooth plant operations.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $18.00 - $18.00/hr.

Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
