Job description

  • Must be able to independently read, understand, and interpret instructions in English.
  • Shares station with peers to support the proper lifting and production responsibilities of the role.
  • Utilizing continuous improvement mindset, responsible for pulling doors from the build station, applying labels, examining and inspecting doors, materials, and products to ensure packaging specifications are met including:
    • loading, unloading, lifting, moving materials, and wrapping pallets with stretch film prior to shipment.
  • Prepares and operates production machines in accordance with established procedures and guidelines.
  • Perform other duties as directed by the leadership.
  • Ability to lift up to 80 lbs. without assistance.
  • Safeguard self with Personal Protective Equipment (PPE) - steel toed shoes, eye protection (glasses, goggles, and/or facemask) as necessary for task.
  • Use cleaning equipment or tools as necessary for housekeeping duties in accordance with all safety rules.
  • Ability to work overtime as necessary
