What is a loading agent?

Loading agents are professionals responsible for coordinating and overseeing the loading and unloading of cargo, baggage, or freight, typically at airports, shipping docks, or warehouses. They ensure that items are handled safely, efficiently, and in accordance with regulations and schedules.
