Equipment Operator - Loader
Location: Linn, TX 78563
Schedule: 7am to 4pm M - F (8-10 hour days)
Hourly Rate: $18 per hour
Employment Type: Contract/Full-time
About the Role:
Integrity Trade Services has partnered with a leading supplier of aggregates and heavy building materials and is currently hiring a skilled Front End Loader Operator in Linn, TX. This role is ideal for a candidate with experience operating multiple types of heavy equipment in a construction or industrial environment.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Operate a front-end loader to move, load, and transport materials safely and efficiently
  • Operate additional heavy and light equipment as needed, including rollers, graders, backhoes, forklifts, water trucks, and bulldozers
  • Perform routine inspections and preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Complete basic servicing and minor repairs as needed
  • Follow all safety procedures and company guidelines
  • Maintain a clean and organized work area
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience operating a front end loader required
  • Experience with multiple types of heavy equipment preferred
  • Ability to perform basic maintenance and equipment inspections
  • Strong understanding of safety practices in a construction or industrial setting
  • Dependable with a strong work ethic
  • Ability to work in outdoor environments and varying conditions
  • High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
  • Valid driver's license
  • Strong attention to safety, detail, and teamwork.
