Job description

Job Description
Package and prepare finished product for shipping (shrink wrapping, palletizing, blocking and corrugating). Load finished product onto trailers and trucks using powered equipment and manual labor. Unload materials (empty crates/inbounds) from trailers and place in appropriate area. Move materials as necessary for shipping and storage. Perform quality control checks(no damaged goods in or out / accurate orders). Operate within all Standard Operating Procedures and Job Safety Analysis. Attend all safety and operational meetings. Operate industrial powered equipment (forklifts, clamp trucks, pallet jacks). Operate other warehouse equipment (shrink wrap machines). Complete all necessary daily paperwork. Perform all required pre/post inspection reports for all equipment. Communicate with operators on other shifts and in other departments. Maintain a clean, neat and orderly work area. Assist in maintaining the security of the warehouse. Comply with OSHA Standards. Turn off and lock equipment when not in use. Perform other duties as assigned by management team.
