Job description

Job Title: Forklift OperatorJob Description

A large manufacturer in Anderson, IN is searching for a Sit-Down Forklift Operator for their Supply Chain department. The position offers both morning and night shifts, following a 2-2-3 schedule. This role involves handling materials and ensuring smooth operations within the distribution center.

Responsibilities
  • Palletizing orders for the distribution center.
  • Operating sit-down forklift to move material from machine lines to stage for the distribution center.
  • Moving and staging both empty and full pallets of material.
  • Wrapping top of pallets to send to the wrapping machine.
Essential Skills
  • Sit-down forklift experience.
  • Ability to comply with PPE requirements in GMP facility.
  • Self-motivated and staying on task.
Additional Skills & Qualifications
  • RF scanner experience.
  • Picking experience in a warehouse environment.
  • Electric pallet jack experience.
