Job description

Location: South Pharr / McAllen / Mission Area & East Brownsville, TX
Job Type: Full-Time / Project-Based
Project Duration: Approximately 4–6 Months
Schedule: 55+ Hours Per Week
Start Date: Immediate

We are currently hiring experienced Wheel Loader Operators for active construction projects in the South Pharr–McAllen–Mission area and East Brownsville, Texas.

We have work currently on hand, with these projects expected to provide approximately 4–6 months of steady work. We are looking for dependable and experienced operators who can start immediately and are available to work 55+ hours per week.

Responsibilities

  • Safely and efficiently operate wheel loaders on active construction sites
  • Load trucks, move and stockpile aggregate and construction materials
  • Maintain stockpile areas and material organization
  • Perform general earthmoving and material-handling operations
  • Perform daily equipment inspections and basic preventive maintenance checks
  • Coordinate with truck drivers, supervisors, and other equipment operators
  • Maintain safe and productive loading operations
  • Follow all company and project safety requirements

Requirements

  • Previous experience operating wheel loaders in construction, aggregate, earthwork, or similar operations
  • Experience loading trucks and handling aggregate/materials preferred
  • Ability to operate equipment safely and productively
  • Ability to work 55+ hours per week, including overtime as required
  • Reliable transportation to the project location
  • Dependable attendance and ability to report to work on time
  • Must follow all company and project safety requirements
