Founded in 1965 near Maiden Rock, Wisconsin, Wieser has grown from a single-employee operation to a company with more than 200 team members and locations throughout Wisconsin, Illinois, and Minnesota.

Wieser Trucking Inc. supports Wieser Concrete by hauling and placing many manufactured products, including tanks, retaining walls, and custom precast items, throughout the United States.

Job Summary

Wieser Concrete Products is seeking a dependable and safety-focused Loader Operator to support daily production operations at our precast concrete facility. This role is responsible for operating a loader and forklift, moving materials and finished products, loading trailers, and assisting with production needs when equipment is not in use.

Employment Type: Full-time and seasonal employment opportunities will be considered.

Shift Hours: Day shift

Pay Range: $25 – $32 per hour, with opportunities for overtime.

Primary Responsibilities
  • Safely and responsibly operate a loader and forklift in and around buildings, equipment, and team members.
  • Move raw materials from storage areas to production areas in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Support production operations by moving finished products to the yard for storage.
  • Load flatbed trailers with finished products for delivery.
  • Assist with production tasks when the loader is not in use.
  • Perform preventative maintenance as needed.
Qualifications
  • Punctual, reliable, and ready to work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work independently.
  • Strong commitment to safety.
  • Mechanical aptitude and willingness to perform basic equipment maintenance.
  • Forklift and/or loader certifications a plus but not required.
  • CDL license is a plus but not required.
