Job description

We are looking for a Shipping Loader—this individual will be responsible for ensuring accurate, efficient, and on-time delivery of products. Through the processing of shipping documentation, inventory tracking, and strong communication with internal teams and carriers, the Shipping Loader plays a key role in quality assurance, safety compliance, and teamwork. Strong communication, organization, and computer skills are a must to be successful in this position.Key Responsibilities (please check the full job description for more details):

Shipping & Logistics Coordination

  • Ensure outbound shipments are packaged in accordance with customer specifications and internal quality standards
  • Accurately prepare and assign required shipping documentation (e.g. ASN’s) to corresponding loads.
  • Load and unload trucks safely, verifying orders and ensuring correctassignmentto drivers.
  • Monitor shipping workflows throughout the shift and allocate resources to support on-time delivery (OTD)
  • Load and unloadincoming and outgoing finished goods carts and ensure appropriate documentation is maintained
  • Follow up on outbound shipments to verify accurate and timely delivery

Quality & Performance

Basic Qualifications

  • High School Diploma or GED Equivalent
  • 1-3years of experience in shipping, logistics, or operations in a manufacturing or distribution environment preferred
  • Strong understanding of shipping processes, documentation, and logistics systems
  • Experience with inventory management systems (e.g., IMS) and timekeeping platforms
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly Excel, Outlook, and Teams
  • Ability to analyze issues, resolve employee and customer concerns, and follow through on outstanding items
  • Forklift certification or willingness to obtain one strongly preferred
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills
