This position is located in Baton Rouge, LA.

WHAT YOU'LL ACCOMPLISH
Adapts charging speeds to match the high-volume, continuous demand of a wet-mix central plant versus the intermittent cycles of a dry batch setup.
Operates heavy equipment with extreme spatial awareness of ground crew and trucks.

Completes and signs off on daily pre-shift equipment inspection checklists.
Collects and signs material delivery tickets from incoming aggregate haulers and hands them directly to Admin Support.
Demonstrate a commitment to communicating, improving and adhering to health, safety and environmental policies in all work environments and areas. Promote a culture of safety and exhibit these behaviors.
   Other duties as assigned.
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
Required Education: High School Diploma or equivalent
Required Work Experience: 2 years general related to duties and responsibilities
Strong mechanical aptitude, ability to use hand and power tools
Knowledge of company processes and procedures
Detail-oriented with the ability to handle multiple tasks at one time
   Able to prioritize work
   Valid driver's license

Additional Requirements:
Required to travel as part of the core plant crew.
Successful candidates must adhere to all safety protocols and proper use of Amrize approved Personal Protection Equipment ("PPE"), including but not limited to respirators. Employees that are required to wear respirators must be clean shaven where the respirator seal meets the face in order to pass the qualitative and quantitative fit tests.
