Position Responsibilities

  • Site Preparation:Perform manual labor tasks including lifting, carrying, and digging to prep for concrete pours.
  • Finish Work:Smooth, level, and finish concrete surfaces using hand tools like trowels and screeds.
  • Project Support:Load and unload materials and tools; follow site plans and supervisor instructions to meet project specs.
  • Safety Excellence:Adhere to all safety protocols and wear required Personal Protective Equipment (PPE).


Qualifications & Requirements

  • Experience:Previous concrete experience is preferred, but we are willing to train candidates with a strong work ethic.
  • Physical Stamina:Ability to lift 50+ lbs and perform repetitive tasks in various weather conditions.
  • Attitude:A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Compliance:Must pass pre-employment and random drug/alcohol testing (Drug-Free Workplace).
