About Us

Sunterra Horticulture, a division of Profile Products, is a leading Canadian producer of premium sphagnum peat moss. We provide high-quality growing media solutions to greenhouse operators, soil blenders, and horticultural professionals across North America. With operations in Saskatchewan and Manitoba, we are committed to sustainable harvesting practices and delivering products that help growers achieve exceptional results.

The Loader Operator will be responsible for handling of raw materials, keeping yard clean of debris and level and other duties as assigned.

This is a 40-hour a week position; weekend work may be required. This position is Seasonal typically operating May-November.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Work closely with Production Supervision and management to determine priorities and courses of action to improve product quality and employee safety
  • Ensure all company procedures are being followed
  • Perform daily inspections of loader
  • At all times work in a manner that maintains the safety of themselves and others
  • Report any issues on equipment to maintenance department
  • Work extra hours as required to keep production running
  • Additional duties as required
  • Perform other duties as assigned.
