Job description

Eaton's ES GEIS BLD division is currently seeking a Finishing Load/Unload- 2nd Shift. The hourly rate for this position is $20.21/hour plus $1.20/hour shift differential per hour. The core hours are 2:30pm to 11:00pm

Please note the salary information shown above is a general guideline only. Salaries are based upon candidate skills, experience, and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. What you'll do: Assist paint line performance by performing duties including hanging/removing parts and material from load bar, recording of pieces, hours and load bar information on computer.

Performs the carrying and lifting of parts to hang or unhang off the painting production line. Performs visual inspections of material prior to and after painting. Performs miscellaneous related assignments, such as masking, wrapping, touch-up painting, etc.

Maintain components and supplies as required to operate efficiently. Perform 5S & continuous improvement activities. Perform other duties as assigned.

Qualifications: Basic (Required) Qualifications: High school diploma or equivalent from an accredited institution Eaton will not consider applicants for employment immigration sponsorship or support for this position. Only candidates that currently reside within the immediate geographical area of Sherman, TX will be considered Preferred Qualifications: Experience with powder painting Experience in a production environment Position Criteria: Ability to lift 50 lbs occasionally to frequently (33-66%) and up to 75 lbs.
