SME Software Developer — ETL Platform About the Role: Lead development and enhancement of the customers' Extract, Transform, and Load (ETL) platform(s) and analytics system(s) that store information parsed from target systems and integrate with custom visualization capabilities. Responsibilities: * Architect and enhance enterprise-level ETL platforms and analytics systems. * Integrate ETL outputs with visualization tooling and the proprietary data model. * Review code, set task difficulty, and support task assignment; bridge Scrum Master-Product Owner gaps. * Attend customer engagements and translate technical concepts for non-technical audiences. Qualifications: * 15+ years of software development experience with strong ETL/data-platform expertise. * Proficiency with backend services, APIs, and tools such as Elastic, MongoDB, S3, Redis, Keycloak, and/or RabbitMQ. * Self-driven; able to mentor and work independently. * Maintain required clearance; supporting work through SCI channels.
