What You'll Do

As a Sewer and Drain Install Crew Member, you'll work directly on trenchless and traditional sewer and drain installations, including CIPP lining, epoxy coating, spot repairs, and full system replacements. You'll collaborate closely with your crew lead to ensure efficient, high-quality installs that meet safety standards and exceed customer expectations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with job site setup, trenching, pipe replacement, backfill, and cleanup
  • Support the application of CIPP liners, epoxy coatings, and pipe prep
  • Safely operate hand and power tools, jetters, and other equipment
  • Load, transport, and organize materials and equipment
  • Follow job plans, safety procedures, and installation specs
  • Communicate clearly with the lead installer and project manager
  • Document work and take before/after photos as required
  • Provide respectful, professional interactions with homeowners
  • Adapt to changing jobsite conditions and assist where needed

  • Physical ability to lift 50+ lbs and work in varied environments (crawl spaces, outdoors, confined areas)
