Class A CDL Regional Driver Phoenix Hub

Weekly Earnings: $0.60/mile + $25/stop + $100/load ($1,400 Guarantee)

Who We Need

  • Valid Commercial Class A CDL
  • Experience Levels Accepted: No CDL (trainee), Class A with 0 experience, 6 months in the last 1 year, OR 12 months in the last 5 years
  • Open to variable day or night shifts, weekend deliveries, and holiday shifts
  • Drug Testing: Must clear pre-employment urine and hair follicle screenings

Pay & Benefits Structure

  • Loaded Mileage Pay: $0.60 per mile (~1,800 miles/week)
  • Stop Pay: $25.00 for every delivery stop
  • Unload Rate: $100.00 flat fee per load
  • Guaranteed Minimum: $1,400 weekly pay guarantee for your first 3 months solo
  • Full Coverage: Complete Medical, Dental, and Vision insurance plans

Route & Duty Details

  • Home Time: Home weekly for a 34-hour reset (extra mid-week home time possible on local AZ runs)

  • Physical Unloads: Dedicated dry retail freight using liftgate trailers and RotoCarts (60% carts, 40% loose boxes)
