CDL - A Waste and Roll Off Truck Drivers - Seeking Company Drivers & Owner Operators!

Owner Operators


Additional Compensation:

  • Owner Operators earn $220,000-$225,000 annually
  • Safety Bonuses
  • $2,000 Referral Bonus (For Drivers Referring New Hires - Extended Pay Out)
  • $5,000 Sign-on Bonus
  • Payout Structure
  • $1,000 paid out after the first billed load
  • $1,000 paid out on the 30-day mark (This will go towards the owner operator escrow.)
  • $1,500 paid out on the 6-month mark
  • $1,500 paid out on the 1-year mark

Requirements:

  • 1 year tractor trailer experience within the last 3 years
  • 6 month tanker experience
  • Class A-CDL with Hazmat and Tanker

  • Owner Operators must provide their own equipment
