Location: Monsey, NY
Schedule: Full-Time or Part-Time (Paid Per Session)
Setting: In-Person Only

Community Medical and Dental Care, Inc. is actively hiring Spanish-speaking Licensed Master Social Workers (LMSW) and Licensed Mental Health Counselors (LMHC) to join our expanding Mental Health Department. As an Article 31 Community Medical Center, we are committed to delivering compassionate, culturally competent care to a diverse patient population.

Weโ€™re looking for dedicated professionals who are fluent in Spanish and passionate about helping individuals and families improve their mental health and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide individual and group therapy for a variety of mental health issues, including:

    • Depression

    • Anxiety

    • PTSD

    • Bipolar Disorder

    • Marriage & Family Counseling

    • Play Therapy

  • Conduct initial evaluations and create individualized treatment plans

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists, nurses, and therapists for integrated care

  • Engage in regular supervision and clinical training to support professional growth

Qualifications:
  • Current NYS license as LMSW or LMHC

  • Fluency in Spanish (required)

  • Strong communication, clinical, and interpersonal skills

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a supportive team
