Location: New York
Setting: Remote/Telehealth
Position: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 a year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM
Job Summary
We are looking for a New York-licensed LMFT to provide full-time remote therapy services. The role includes conducting virtual sessions, helping clients address family and relationship concerns, maintaining treatment plans, documenting progress, and providing consistent clinical support through a secure telehealth platform.
Responsibilities
  • Lead virtual therapy sessions with individuals, couples, and families
  • Complete initial assessments and identify presenting concerns
  • Build treatment plans that reflect client needs
  • Support clients with relationship conflict, family stress, grief, anxiety, and major life changes
  • Document sessions, treatment updates, and client progress
  • Maintain a professional and confidential telehealth environment

Requirements
  • Current LMFT license in New York
  • Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related mental health field
  • Clinical experience working with couples, families, or individuals
