As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist, your primary responsibility will be to provide individualized and couples therapy aimed at addressing a variety of complex emotional and relational issues. Your role will involve:

• Conducting comprehensive assessments to develop tailored treatment plans for individuals, couples, and families.
• Facilitating therapeutic sessions that focus on issues such as grief, conflicts among family members, communication difficulties, and the impact of alcohol abuse.
• Implementing evidence-based therapeutic techniques to help clients navigate challenges related to divorce, blended family dynamics, job stress, and medical issues.
• Monitoring progress and adjusting treatment plans as necessary to ensure effective intervention and positive patient outcomes.
• Collaboration with other healthcare providers to coordinate care and improve the overall well-being of clients.

You will primarily work with a diverse range of clients, including couples, families, and individual adults as well as children and adolescents. Your practice will cater to varying backgrounds and needs, focusing on providing sensitive and personalized care. The ideal candidate for this position will possess the following qualifications:

• Active and unrestricted LMFT license in the state of Georgia.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field.
• Proficiency in clinical documentation and familiarity with electronic health record (EHR) systems.
• Excellent interpersonal skills and a genuine passion for helping clients improve their mental health and well-being.

A minimum of one year of clinical experience is required, during which candidates will have demonstrated their ability to provide effective therapy across various settings. Experience working within community health clinics or diverse cultural backgrounds is a plus.
