Indiana LMFT - Remote Counseling Opportunity

Job Summary

A full-time remote opportunity is available for a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist who enjoys working with clients through a relational and systems-based lens. The therapist in this role will support clients dealing with relationship stress, family transitions, marital concerns, parenting issues, grief, anxiety, and other emotional or behavioral health needs.

You will provide structured therapy sessions, help clients set realistic goals, and guide them through treatment with clear clinical care.

Location: Indiana
Work Setting: Remote / Telehealth
Position Type: Full-Time
Salary: $115,000-$120,000 per year with full benefits
Schedule: Monday-Friday, 9:00 AM-5:00 PM

Responsibilities

  • Meet with clients through secure remote therapy sessions
  • Provide therapy for individuals, couples, and family units
  • Evaluate client needs and develop treatment goals
  • Help clients improve communication, boundaries, coping skills, and decision-making
  • Support clients through relationship changes, family conflict, and emotional distress
  • Complete progress notes and required documentation on time
