The Treasury Management Officer is a senior-level, consultative sales role responsible for supporting complex commercial clients with sophisticated cash flow, payments, liquidity, and risk management needs. This position serves as a strategic advisor to larger, more complex business relationships and plays a critical role in driving treasury-related revenue growth, client retention, and enterprise solutions. This position requires deep treasury management expertise, advanced sales skills, and the ability to navigate complex client structures, high-dollar transaction volumes, and customized solutions.
Job Qualifications:

Education:
  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in business, finance, or a related field
Experience:
  • 5 + years of experience in banking, treasury management, cash management sales, commercial banking, relationship management, or lending.
  • Demonstrated experience supporting large commercial and/or commercial real estate clients with complex treasury needs.
  • Track record of success in consultative sales, relationship management, and revenue generation.
  • Experience partnering with commercial lenders or relationship managers on complex client relationships.
  • Equivalent combinations of education and relevant experience will be considered.

Client Relationship amp; Sales
  • Manage and grow a portfolio of large, complex commercial and CRE clients with advanced treasury management needs.
  • Proactively prospect new business relationships and expand existing ones through regular client outreach and needs assessments.
  • Partner with commercial lenders and relationship managers to identify cross-sell opportunities and deliver integrated banking solutions.
Treasury Solutions amp; Advisory
  • Perform in-depth analysis of client cash flow, payment systems, receivables, and risk exposure to design customized, multi-product treasury solutions.
  • Sell, implement, and support treasury products including:
  • ACH services, wire transfers, and remote deposit capture
  • Fraud mitigation tools (e.g., Positive Pay and other risk controls)
  • Liquidity management solutions, sweep accounts, and information reporting
  • Online and digital banking platforms and receivables optimization tools
  • Drive adoption and utilization of treasury services to enhance client efficiency and satisfaction.
Implementation amp; Ongoing Support
  • Coordinate product setup, client onboarding, training, and ongoing service support.
  • Act as a problem-solver for client issues, ensuring timely resolution and high-quality client experience.
  • Maintain strong product knowledge and stay current on industry trends, technology advancements, and regulatory requirements.
Performance amp; Compliance
  • Contribute to deposit growth, fee income, and client retention through effective relationship management.
  • Ensure all activities comply with applicable banking regulations, internal policies, and risk standards.
