Duties

  • Utilize customer service skills to create a welcoming environment for viewers, ensuring they feel valued and heard.
  • Promote products or services during live streams, effectively utilizing sales techniques to encourage purchases.
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute promotional campaigns through live streaming platforms.
  • Monitor analytics and viewer feedback to continuously improve content quality and engagement strategies.

Experience
