Job Description

As a Live Dealer, you will be responsible for hosting and presenting games for in a live streaming environment while creating a professional and exciting atmosphere for customers by providing an excellent guest service. 

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Present games in a live streaming environment, adhering to the multi-state Gaming Commission Regulations, PT Services Michigan regulations, and live unit policies and procedures.
  • Learn and fully understand and execute the rules of video stream games.
  • Conduct live games on a given table schedule in accordance with applied rules and procedures with computer prompt instructions, monitoring, and following the given table schedule, following the instructions of the Pit-bosses and Trainers.
  • Follow and supervise the updates and amendments in the game leading procedures.
  • Adhere to the gaming studios' rules and any other rules that management may introduce at any time.
  • Adhere to the company’s dress code and appearance standards.
  • Professionally communicate and provide answers to players promptly for any game general questions according to chat policy.
  • Immediately report to the Pitboss of any risks or committed mistakes, problems, and/or unusual activities in gaming studios and other companies’ premises.
  • Attend educational events, briefings, and sessions required for professional skills improvement and learning the new procedures.
  • Participate in company promotions through marketing via photo and video shoots as required by management.
  • Maintain professional and clear communication with players, management, and colleagues.
  • Perform any additional duties as instructed by management.
Qualifications

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE/QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED

  • High School Diploma / GED.
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • At least 1 year of Customer Service Experience.
  • Basic computer skills, including MS Office, email, video chat applications, etc.
  • Excellent customer service skills and interpersonal skills to effectively communicate with customers in a live streaming environment.
  • Ability to maintain a professional demeanor, including manner of speech, appearance, and posture in a fast-paced live streaming environment.
  • Ability to deal with potential guest conflicts professionally, maintaining Playtech’s guest service standards.
  • Ability to deal, sort, shuffle, and count cards in addition to operating other gaming equipment involving highly repetitive movement of hand and arm.
  • Ability to work a variety of shifts, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
  • Maintain punctuality and attention to detail.
  • Must be able to obtain a Michigan Gaming License.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS

  • Pay Range: $16 - $22 per hour ($8 hourly base rate + $8 guaranteed tips + monthly performance bonus). Customer tips are unlimited
  • Vacation Days: 5 days
  • Sick Time: 5 days
