Whether competing in a tournament or enjoying elevated casual dining, craft beverages and arcade games in person at one of our venues, our commitment is to deliver "Next Level Gaming, Next Level Fun" to our guests.Reporting to the General Manager, the Operations Manager has overall responsibility for the operations and profitability of the business for the functional area(s) they are assigned.Daily Tasks:Manage the daily shift and guest experienceEnsure the guest experience and quality of products and displays are at standardOversee and Lead all hourly team members.Set daily, weekly, monthly goals with direct reportsOversee training, schedule, and development of hourly employeesWeekly/monthly inventoryTrack and manage game payouts to company expectationsMaintain a safe, clean and inviting storeEnsure all operating and quality standards are met.On premise liaison with contracted vendors.Coordinate and execute parties and events.Oversee aspects of units ordering, receiving, inventory and cost control systems.Generation of daily, weekly and monthly reportingCompliance with all cash handling policies and proceduresMusts:2 - 5 years management experience within an entertainment concept, theme park or high-volume restaurantLocal or State regulation requirements regarding food handling and/or liquor service.Must be able to provide excellent Guest ServiceMust have excellent time management & follow up skills necessary to perform in a fast paced, high-volume environment.Must have the ability to hold the team accountable, but also motivate and coach the team to strive to the be the best.
