As a Senior Sales Associate at kate spade new york, you are a leader on the sales floor and a true brand ambassador. Requirements
  • 2+ years' experience in luxury retail or comparable elevated retail environment. A combination of education and experience will be considered.
  • Proven ability to drive sales and mentor peers; contribution to an elevated selling culture.
  • Extensive product knowledge and strong communication skills.
  • Experience with omni/virtual selling and willingness to appear on camera for social selling initiatives.
  • Social media fluency and understanding of platform trends.

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs-including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high-traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
