  • Understands and assists with enhancing IT customer communication and collaboration migrations in accordance with agreed upon service agreements.
  • Designs, plans and performs Microsoft Exchange and Office 365 migrations.
  • End-to-end solution design of M365 Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, Yammer, M365 groups and M365 Enterprise Apps and integration into third-party services.
  • Proven experience as a Technical Architect
  • Hands-on experience with Microsoft 365 design and deployments
  • Understanding of strategic IT solutions
  • Strong understanding of tenant-to-tenant migration strategies
  • Deep expertise in Exchange online, MS Teams, SharePoint, One Drive systems and migration strategies
  • Strong understanding and capability using PowerShell relating to Office 365 services and Azure AD.
