Job Summary:

The Construction Project Manager is responsible for leading construction projects from planning through completion. This role oversees project schedules, budgets, subcontractors, and stakeholder communications to ensure projects are completed safely, on time, within budget, and according to quality standards. The ideal candidate is a strong leader who can effectively manage multiple priorities while maintaining excellent client and team relationships.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage all phases of construction projects, including planning, procurement, construction, and closeout.
  • Develop and maintain project schedules, budgets, and resource plans.
  • Review project drawings, specifications, contracts, and scope requirements.
  • Coordinate activities among owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and vendors.
  • Monitor project progress to ensure milestones and deliverables are achieved on schedule.
  • Track project costs, review invoices and change orders, and forecast financial performance.
  • Identify and implement cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.
  • Address project risks, delays, and field issues in a timely manner.
  • Promote and enforce a strong culture of job site safety.
  • Manage subcontractor agreements and maintain strong client, consultant, and vendor relationships.
  • Lead project meetings and provide regular status updates to stakeholders.
  • Oversee project documentation, including RFIs, submittals, change orders, and closeout packages.
  • Ensure work meets design specifications, quality standards, and permit requirements.
  • Coordinate inspections, punch-list completion, and project turnover activities.
Qualifications:
  • Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, or a related field preferred.
  • 5+ years of construction project management experience.
  • Experience managing commercial, industrial, residential, healthcare, education, or infrastructure projects.
  • Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, scheduling, contracts, building codes, and regulations.
  • Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, subcontractors, and client relationships.
  • Excellent leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with construction management software such as Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, and Microsoft Office.
  • OSHA 30 certification, CCM, or LEED accreditation is a plus.
  • Ability to travel to project sites and work in active construction environments as needed.
  • Position requires on-site work; relocation assistance and per diem are not offered.
