Job Description

Prepare orders for food and beverages received, telephone, or personally from customer by using computer: Edits orders received from price and nomenclature. informs customers of unit prices, delivery line, anticipated delays, and any additional information needed by customer, using telephone.

Enters data into computer, to determine total cost for customer. Suggests menu items and substitutions for items not available, and answers questions regarding food or service. May collect monies in exchange for food orders. Employee stacks pizza boxes and preparing labels in work area for easy access. Employee must participate in keeping the store environment clean and friendly.

This positions considered unskilled and there are no specific educational requirements. The company provides on-the-job training.

Experience is preferred. Essential communication skills are verbal communication with customers and other employees and management. Must be at least 16 years old. Must be available to work over the weekends(Friday to Sunday).
