The Opportunity
We are looking for anAssociate Director, Innovation-a visionary, a connector, and a creative strategist who is passionate about pushing the boundaries of what is possible.
In this role, you won't just be tracking trends; you'll be active in creating them. You will bridge the gap between traditional media and the cutting-edge frontier, exploring how emerging technology, immersive experiences, and cultural touchpoints can be leveraged to drive business growth. From the metaverse and gaming to advanced audio, sports, and AI-driven omnichannel experiences, you will help shape the future of healthcare advertising.
You will collaborate closely with our Engagement Strategy, Activation, Supplier Partner, and Media Investment teams to discover, vet, and launch groundbreaking pilot programs for some of the world's most prominent healthcare brands.
What You'll Do (Your Day-to-Day Impact):
  • Drive the Innovation Roadmap:Identify, vet, and establish strategic relationships with cutting-edge partners across gaming, travel, sports, audio, social, and emerging tech.
  • Bridge the Gap:Collaborate with internal media and activation teams to turn abstract, innovative concepts into practical, high-impact pilot programs for our clients.
  • Be the Strategic Spark:Support larger client accounts as the resident innovation lead, bringing fresh ideas, unique opportunities, and strategic vision to brand planning.
  • Own the Narrative:Help author bi-monthly Points of View (POVs), build/reinvent capability presentations, and champion CMI Media Group's thought leadership both internally and externally.
  • Win the Future:Act as a key strategic voice in RFPs and new business pitches, bringing "what's next" to prospective clients.

The base salary for this position at the time of this posting may range from $70,000 to $140,000.
