The job usually involves standing still or holding specific poses for long periods, sometimes in front of large crowds, under bright lights, or near window displays. You’ll often work closely with visual merchandisers, store managers, and promotional teams to coordinate appearances and ensure you’re representing the brand effectively. Adaptability to different environments and a flexible schedule are important for success in this unique role.
