Well respected and highly review practice is seeking a BC/BE Neurologist to join team. Specialty training welcome.
  • Practice currently has 2 Neurologists and 1 NP with the goal of adding another Neurologist, 2 Psychiatrists, an Endocrinologist, Rheumatologist and Pediatric Neurologist
  • Practice has 200 referring physicians and 2 major health systems affiliated with, with 1 hospital interested in supporting the practice as well
  • Brand new office with certified and experienced staff members
  • Fully equipped with EEG, EMG machine, VNG machine
  • 90 % outpatient and 10% inpatient - Flexible
  • Teaching opportunity to teach medical students and residents
  • Create the role you want, leadership opportunity available as well
  • Cover one hospital only
  • Call coverage: 5 calls/month plus (one weekend call)
  • Paid compensation for taking calls
  • On an average 1 to 3 consults per call - ONLY consults, never admit or primary on patients
  • General neurology patients: Wide variety and complexities
  • Procedure:
    • EEG - NATUS machine - Dr can read it remotely if want to
    • EMG/NCS Cadwell machine - Certified Tech, who has been doing NCS for 6 to 7 years
