POSITION DESCRIPTION:

Cogir Real Estate is currently looking for a Resident Concierge for its rental building located in Laval. Are you known for being versatile, good with your hands, and highly organized? You're the person we're looking for!


ROLE AND GENERAL RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Participate in events organized for tenants when required.

Administration

  • Provide a high level of customer service

Health Care

  • Respond to all emergency situations

Construction

  • Clean the administrative office
  • Clear and salt the entrances
  • Maintain and clean the premises
  • Maintain property areas and systems
  • Maintain the garden
  • Maintenance and cleaning of indoor and outdoor parking lots
  • Make service calls
  • Preventive maintenance on equipment
  • Taking out the trash

Food Services

  • Perform other related duties
  • Take inventory of service materials and while adhering to the budgets, proceed with procurement if necessary

EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 1 year of relevant experience will be considered an important asset
  • Flexibility for the work schedule
  • Bilingualism both oral and written
  • A DEP in general builing maintenance (as asset)
  • Diploma of vocational studies (DVS)
