As a Direct Support Professional, you will play an important role in the daily lives of the individuals you support. Through compassionate care, encouragement, and meaningful relationships, you will help individuals live safely, comfortably, and as independently as possible.

In this role, you will provide assistance with personal care, meal preparation, medication administration, household routines, and transportation. More importantly, you will offer encouragement and support while helping each person achieve their goals, participate in their community, and enjoy activities that bring purpose and joy to their lives.

Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact, whether you're helping someone learn a new skill, accompanying them on a recreational outing, celebrating personal achievements, or simply being a trusted and supportive presence. Working alongside the Management Team, you'll help ensure each person's individualized support plan is carried out with dignity, respect, and genuine care.

As a Direct Support Professional, you'll start at $19.00 per hour. This part time role is for evenings and weekends which adds a 15% shift differential. We provide training and advancement opportunities, helping you grow professionally.
