Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) Memory Care

At Holly Court Assisted Living and Memory Care, we are dedicated to providing exceptional care and support to our residents with memory impairments. As a Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) in our Memory Care program, you will play a vital role in enriching the lives of our residents and their families.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide personalized care and support to residents with memory impairments, promoting independence, dignity, and well-being

  • Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and toileting

  • Monitor and report changes in residents' conditions to nursing staff

  • Participate in resident care planning and implement strategies to address individual needs

  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with residents, families, and colleagues

  • Maintain accurate and timely records of resident care

  • Participate in ongoing education and training to stay current with industry best practices and regulations

Requirements:

  • Certified Nurse Assistant (CNA) certification in the state of Louisiana
