In this role, you will actively engage with a variety of internal streaming service and audiences. You will identify industry trends, determine CX (customer experience) best practices, and develop strategies for optimizing our video investments.

We're looking for someone who is data-driven and analytical in their approach, and yet also able to use sound judgement to make smart decisions in the absence of data.

Key job responsibilities
Here are the key ownership areas for the role:
Lead key, strategic projects for large, complex workstreams, identifying, assessing, and prioritizing opportunities based on strategic goals, business needs, and customer value
Mining and analyzing data for metrics and decision support
Identify and remove systemic bottlenecks that slow decision-making or delivery across organizational boundaries
Ensure cross-functional dependencies are visible, tracked, and resolved before they become blockers
Consult with key partners to determine program prioritization, while sourcing and coordinating resources
Act as a subject matter expert by contributing perspective, insights, and knowledge to guide the establishment of new processes and systems
Think big and invent new ways to improve Prime Video Ads for viewers and advertisers
Design and maintain the organizational operating rhythm (business reviews, planning cycles, leadership forums) that keeps the organization synchronized
