Project Architect (Level II) Arketekcher seeks a Project Architect (Level II) to join our energetic and collaborative team of remote workers. Responsibilities Managing multiple midsize to small scale projects Coordinating all aspects of the assigned project Being responsible for specific technical design aspects, including investigation, evaluation, and recommendation of design solutions that best meet the client's needs Providing professional architectural consultation in the planning, design, and coordination of projects Independently applying advanced architectural concepts and designs Providing technical guidance to less experienced architects/architectural staff Reporting directly to the Principal and Partners Required Qualifications 6+ years experience Professional degree in Architecture US architectural license is a plus Ability to use AutoCAD, SketchUp is a plus Experience with multifamily & single family housing Knowledge of architectural design, drafting, detailing, building materials, building codes, and construction techniques Strong analytical, oral, and written communication skills, with the ability to build quick rapport with all levels of employees, clients, consultants, and vendors Keen attention to detail Demonstrates empathy by actively listening, understanding diverse perspectives, and responding with compassion to colleagues and clients Candidates should live in the Northeast and be legally authorized to work in the US The Offer Competitive salary, commensurate with licensure & experience Finder's fees for new project referrals Competitive bonus structure 14 paid holidays 20 paid days off 401k + match program Health coverage reimbursement 100% remote office with flexible hours (attendance at site visits in NY, CT and RI may be required) To apply Please email your resume and 3-5 work samples to madeline@arketekcher.com.
