Handle onsite storage, update inventory, create spreadsheets, monitor tapes. Must have a driver's license, good communication and organization skills, and preferably a degree.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Maintain and organize all media tape storage

  • Create and update inventory spreadsheets

  • Review, evaluate and catalog old footage

  • Help prepare large scale transfers of media

  • Coordinate inventory queries and transfer requests from our Media Research team.

  • Locate tapes for producers on an as-needed basis

  • Create unique Filename Id's and update metadata as needed

  • Keep current with WWE programming, products, and services

Requirements:

  • 2+ years work experience in library environment

  • WWE product knowledge required

  • Strong Google Doc and MS Office skills, especially Excel.

  • Excellent organizational, communication and interpersonal skills

  • Able to function well in a dynamic, fast-paced environment

  • Self-starter, able to work on their own for long periods of time

  • Detail-oriented

  • Able to learn systems quickly

  • Team player who is willing to pitch in wherever help is needed

  • Valid Driver's license and vehicle that can be used for business as needed

  • Able to move and stack boxes of tapes which may be heavy at times.

  • Bachelor degree preferred (Communications, Library Science, or related degree a plus)
