We're looking for crew members to join our teamas Support Concierges!

Exceptional front-line customer service, willing to go above and beyond for both fans and fellow crew members, possess a positive "can-do" attitude ...rain or shine, the show must go on!

Job Functions:

• Provide accessible seatingsupportto fans seated in accessible sections
• Liaise with CSR team and/or Accessibility Coordinator to oversee accessible seating requests
• Provide information and assistance to fans who require accommodations
• Coordinating and providing wheelchair pickups and drop offs
• Directing fans to quiet rooms, sharing information on resources available (Kulture City programs/tools/spaces, assisted listening, etc.)
• Overseeing and monitoring fan use of quiet room, sensory bag rentals, and other accessible resources/features
• Otherduties as assigned

Qualifications

• Experience in working live events or customer service strongly preferred
• Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
• Acute sense of judgment, tact, and diplomacy
• Knowledge of AODA standards an asset
• Position requires constant walking, climbing stairs, and occasional sitting
• Able to safely push, pull, and maneuver guests in mobility devices (wheelchairs)
• Able to work outdoors (rain or shine), among crowds and in a loud environment
• A passion for live events!
• Available for all events scheduled at Rogers Stadium this summer

All crew members must be 18 years of age or older.

Job Posting Compensation Range/Rate: $18.50 per hour.
