  • Managing budgets, rent collections, and resident communications
  • Overseeing leasing processes and compliance

  • Handling resident concerns with empathy and efficiency
  • Reporting to the Asset Director and supporting client communications
  • Promoting safety, compliance, and community engagement
  • Other tasks assigned

  • Proficiency in MS Office and property management software
  • Bilingual skills (a plus, but not required)
  • A valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Why You'll Love Working With Us

  • Comprehensive Medical Plans with flexible coverage options for you and your family
  • Dental & Vision Insurance options to support your overall well-being
  • Health Savings Account (HSA) with employer contributions

  • Life & Disability Insurance options to help protect you and your loved ones
  • Vacation Time that starts accruing on Day 1!
  • Paid Holidays + Floating Holidays to support work-life balance
  • Wellness Programs to support your mind and body
  • Professional Development & Education Opportunities to support your professional growth
  • And yes - even more supplemental benefits to keep you covered!
