Summary of Job Under administrative supervision, this position is responsible for the planning, promotion, development and supervision, of a specialized activity of recreation as a community-wide program. Responsibilities Make decisions promptly, firmly, and fairly, basing them on the rules and not on partisan players and spectators.

Be firm, courteous, positive, and dignified in your attitude towards players and coaches. Have full charge of and be responsible for proper conduct of the game. Report to the game 15 minutes before start.

Report any problems with players, field, scorer, or other related items to the Recreation office in a timely manner. Any other duties as assigned. Qualifications Education: Knowledge of USSSA Softball Rules Experience: None Certifications/Licenses: None Other Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities Extensive knowledge of rules, ability to work independently, good decision making skills, and the ability to deal with the public diplomatically.
