Outpatient Physical Therapist Position - Full or Part time

Position Overview

Seeking amazing physical therapists to join our team! Enjoy your work in our beautiful Pilates based clinic and fitness studio. We provide a positive and nurturing environment for you to treat your patients properly, and achieve excellent, long lasting results:

One on one treatment sessions.

One hour per client.

State of the art Pilates and Redcord based equipment and methods.

Emphasis on functional carryover for ADLs and or sports.

Easy electronic documentation system.

Continuing education and training provided.

Stabilize Physical Therapy is a private, PT owned, outpatient clinic and fitness studio. We specialize in core strengthening using Pilates and Redcord techniques. Our mission is to provide a powerful healing environment that nurtures and promotes optimal health and well being for our patients and staff! Our innovative practice model seeks to progress each patient from one on one rehabilitation to a healthy lifestyle with ongoing personal training and group exercise options after discharge. Job responsibilities include:

  • Excellent patient care and communication skills

  • Serve every client with friendly hospitality and patient-centered care

  • Ability to work independently and complete documentation in a timely manner

  • Ability to work well in the clinic team to further the mission of the clinic

  • Willingness to learn and/or become certified in Pilates and Redcord techniques

Job requirements

  • California Physical Therapist License in good standing. License applicants considered for the right candidate.

  • Professional liability insurance

  • Preferred: Experience as personal trainer and or group exercise instructor

  • Preferred: Pilates training or instructor certification, for Matwork and Pilates equipment; Pilates coursework including Injuries and Special Populations,

  • Preferred: Redcord training or Redcord Certified Neurac Practitioner.

  • Preferred: Kinesiotape certification, training, or experience
