The Project Manager, Mission Critical is responsible for end‑to‑end delivery of mission‑critical battery and energy storage projects—from planning through commissioning and closeout. This role serves as the primary customer liaison, orchestrates field resources, and ensures every project closes cleanly, safely, and on budget.

• Project Ownership: Own the project, end‑to‑end: drive planning, execution, commissioning, and closeout with clear milestones, budgets, and risk controls; Manage change with discipline—track scope, handle change orders, and protect margin without compromising delivery; Finish strong: deliver clean, auditable closeouts that make repeat business a no‑brainer.
• Customer Management: Serve as the customer's primary liaison; set expectations, run status updates, and maintain alignment on scope, schedule, and safety.
• Field Coordination: Orchestrate MPINarada technicians, subcontractors, OEMs, and third‑party partners to keep work fronts unblocked and site‑ready.
• Documentation: Build and maintain SOWs, MOPs, schedules, RFIs, and closeout packages (manuals, test results, turnover docs).
• Safety & Compliance: Champion safety and QA/QC; ensure adherence to all applicable standards and site protocols.
• Problem Resolution: Triage issues with engineering and operations; elevate early and resolve decisively.
• Field Support: Travel approximately 20–30% (up to ~50% during installs and commissioning windows).

• Must have demonstrated knowledge of UPS systems and/or batteries in data center or critical‑environment contexts
• 5+ years managing technical projects in mission‑critical, electrical, or EPC/MEP environments.
• Ability to read one‑lines and interpret electrical/construction drawings.
• Exceptional communication: clear written updates, crisp MOPs, confident meeting facilitation.
• Operational rigor—ability to juggle multiple projects, track to KPIs, and keep vendors and crews on pace.
• Proficiency with Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
• Must be authorized to work in the United States. Visa sponsorship is not available now or in the future.

• Familiarity with site safety programs and test/commissioning artifacts (FAT/SAT, IR, torque, functional tests).
• Vendor/OEM coordination across multiple trades on live, critical sites.
• NetSuite or similar ERP/project management platform experience.
• Degree in Engineering (equivalent experience also considered).

• You've stood up a project plan with milestones, risk register, and communication cadence.
• Your projects hit OTTR (On-Time, Test-Pass, Turnover-Ready) with clean MOPs and zero safety incidents.
