We are looking for a Self Storage Store Manager who will be the face of our company, playing a key role in ensuring our customers have the best experience possible. In this position, you will oversee daily operations, maintain facility security and cleanliness, and provide exceptional customer service. Requirements
What You'll Do:
  • Be the friendly face of our company, assisting customers in person and over the phone.
  • Manage daily operations, including renting units, processing payments, and ensuring the facility is secure and well-maintained.
  • Meet company and site sales goals while providing outstanding service.
  • Perform light maintenance and cleaning tasks to keep our facility in top shape.
  • Conduct daily lock checks to ensure the site meets security and cleanliness standards.
  • Assist with training new hires and help them get acclimated to our processes.
  • Handle occasional off-site errands and travel to other locations as needed.

What We're Looking For:
  • 1+ year of customer service and sales experience.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a willingness to learn.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficiency with computers, including Microsoft Office.
  • Ability to work independently and take ownership of daily tasks.
  • A valid driver's license, insurance, and access to a reliable personal vehicle.
  • Ability to work in all weather conditions and walk the entire facility at least twice a day.
  • Comfort with performing light maintenance and lifting up to 30 pounds.

Work Schedule:
Shifts varies weekly, 5 days a week, hours are:
  • Monday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Tuesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Wednesday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Thursday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Friday: 9:30 AM - 6:00 PM
  • Saturday: 9:00 AM - 4:00 PM
