Location TBK Bank Sports Complex / Level II Fitness

Compensation Competitive hourly rate: $20–$30 per hour


Level II Fitness is a dynamic training facility dedicated to helping individuals of all ages reach their health and performance goals. From group classes and athletic development to senior wellness, we believe in movement that empowers and transforms.

We are seeking a certified, energetic fitness professional to lead group exercise classes and design strength and conditioning programs for a diverse clientele. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a team environment and is passionate about coaching, educating, and motivating others.


Responsibilities
  • Lead engaging and effective group fitness classes
  • Develop and implement strength and conditioning programs for athletes and general population
  • Provide appropriate modifications and progressions for all fitness levels
  • Educate clients on proper technique, injury prevention, and recovery strategies
  • Maintain a safe, clean, and inclusive workout space
  • Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to enhance overall programming
Requirements:
  • Nationally accredited fitness certification (ACE, NASM, CSCS, etc.)
  • CPR/AED certification or willingness to obtain (on-site certification available)
  • Experience in group instruction or athletic coaching
  • Strong communication and leadership skills
  • Passion for helping others grow physically and mentally
  • Availability during early mornings, evenings, or weekends
  • Must be able to pass a background check
