What You’ll Do:

  • Prep, cook, and plate items to exact specs
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe station
  • Master each station, and strictly follow all procedures, techniques, and protocol
  • Communicate clearly with team members and expo
  • Follow food safety and sanitation standards
  • Keep calm under pressure during busy rushes


Requirements:

  • Minimum 3 years cooking experience in commercial kitchens
