What is a live in sober living?

Live in sober living homes are residential environments designed to support individuals recovering from substance abuse. These homes provide a structured, substance-free setting where residents can focus on their recovery while gradually transitioning back into daily life. Residents typically follow house rules, attend support meetings, and often participate in group activities that promote accountability and personal growth. Sober living homes are not treatment facilities, but they offer peer support and stability, which are important for maintaining sobriety after rehab.
