Step into a rewarding opportunity serving students for the upcoming 24/25 school year as an in-person Speech-Language Pathologist. Your expertise will have a meaningful impact, providing essential support to children who benefit from communication interventions. We are seeking a dedicated professional ready to make a positive difference and comfortable working with students with Autism.
As part of a collaborative campus-based team, you will work closely with educators, families, and support staff to deliver high-quality speech and language services. The ideal candidate feels confident serving pediatric populations in an educational setting and takes a compassionate, flexible approach to student needs.
Desired Qualifications & Experience:

  • Valid SLP licensure and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) status
  • Experience in pediatric speech-language pathology
  • Knowledge of best practices for students with Autism
  • Background in educational or healthcare settings relating to school-based SLP services
  • Comfortable working exclusively in-person, supporting the Lancaster campus site
  • Prior teletherapy or healthcare SLP work (helpful, but not required)
  • Ability to collaborate with an SLPA (Speech-Language Pathology Assistant) if assigned
