• Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to identify clients' mental health concerns, establishing a treatment plan tailored to their unique circumstances.

• Collaborate with clients to set measurable therapeutic goals and continuously monitor their progress, adjusting treatment protocols as needed.

As a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist at Pendulum Counseling and Wellness Services, you will work with a diverse population, addressing challenges such as trauma, anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, and family dynamics. • A valid and active state license as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT) is required.
• A Master's degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a closely related field.
• Exceptional communication skills combined with strong interpersonal abilities to foster trust-filled relationships with clients.
• Demonstrated capacity for empathy, active listening, and a nonjudgmental approach to clients’ life experiences.
• Robust organizational skills to manage client caseloads efficiently and fulfill administrative responsibilities effectively.

• Experience in providing therapy to adolescents and families, with an understanding of systemic issues.
• Familiarity with teletherapy platforms and electronic health record systems.
• Training or certification in specific therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT), or trauma-informed care.

The annual salary for this role ranges from USD 70,000 to 100,000, determined by your experience and qualifications.
