Key Areas of Responsibilities:
- Sales/Business Development
- Oversee the Showroom Sales area of the Center and be the first point of contact for walk in customers to create a great first impression
- Be responsible for all initial inbound calls and emails to the center and provide great customer service
- Convert leads to customers through closing sales in our business management software system quickly and efficiently
- Cross train and support other team members as needed to get a comprehensive knowledge of the sign business and our operations

- Highly DETAIL oriented, all our orders are customized with multiple variations, and the larger the order, typically the more complicated. So you HAVE to be able to track the details in the order as well as as it goes through the production queue regardless of the complexity
- Enjoy problem SOLVING to meet customer's needs, and go the extra step to help them create the best version of what their solution could look like
- Bold and RELENTLESS to create customer relationships and generate sales, this includes cold calling, reaching out to inactive customers, attending local networking meetings
- Keen SERVICE minded and can-do attitude
- Fluent with Google's G-Suite
- Able to lift and carry up to 50lbs
- Can climb ladders
- Have a valid driver's license
Other "Nice" To Haves:
- Have any SIGN INDUSTRY EXPERIENCE - either in SIGN sales or SIGN production or SIGN installation
- OR Track record of 3 years of SALES inside or outside SALES experience with high close rates
- Previous experience with CRM/Sales platforms especially Corebridge, also if you have used Hubspot to manage leads and customers

Compensation: $20.00 - $28.00 per hour
