We are looking for a competent Construction Laborer Candidate. You will be the one to help maintain cleanliness & general labor/assisting task at our warehouse/yard. You must have physical strength, endurance and work well with your hands. Being good in collaboration and following instructions and safety rules are important.

Responsibilities

Assist tradesmen

Erect and break up wood crates, etc. with attention to safety

Unload shipments and carry materials at warehouse using forklift

Use equipment to break old forms and structures

Clean/unload multiple trucks from debris from job sites and discarded material

Light Janitorial - Clean Restrooms/Toliets/ Etc.

Sweep Floor

Pull weeds/clean sidewalk

Skills

Exposure to all weather conditions

Noise levels may be loud at times

Ability to lift 50โ€“75 lbs, stand for long periods

Proven experience as construction worker

Experience in operating equipment like drills, hammers, ladders, saws, etc.

Knowledge of basic engineering and construction principles and methods

Able to work in a team

Able to read instructions and blueprints when needed

Very good knowledge of English (spoken and written)

Excellent balance and eye-hand coordination
